Microgynon 30

Microgynon 30 is a combined oral contraceptive pill used to prevent pregnancy. It contains two active ingredients: ethinylestradiol 30 micrograms and levonorgestrel 150 micrograms. Microgynon 30 works by stopping ovulation, thickening cervical mucus to block sperm, and changing the womb lining to reduce the chance of pregnancy. When taken daily, it can also help regulate periods, reduce heavy bleeding, and ease menstrual pain, making cycles more predictable.
