Canesten External Cream with clotrimazole 2% w/w is used to treat stubborn fungal infections of the skin. It helps clear conditions such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch, and yeast-related rashes by stopping fungus from multiplying. The cream also soothes itching, redness, and irritation linked to infected skin. It is applied directly to clean, dry skin as advised, usually once or twice daily.
